There's a common misconception that dogs can only see in black and white. Actually, our furry BFFs can see colours, they just don't see as many colours as we do.

This is because they are dichromatic, meaning they only possess 2 kinds of cones (the photoreceptors that help us see colours) in their retinas, while humans are trichromatic and possess 3 different types of cones. It's believed that dogs can see blues and yellows and mixtures of those colours most easily, while they might have a harder time differentiating between reds and greens. This is similar to how humans with colour deficiencies see.

Our "Not So Good With Colours" tee is a shout-out to our friends (of all species) who might have a little trouble with their colours.
